Service Description

Does your Teen need help with focus, balance, tone, self-regulation, core strength, reduced anxiety, social skills, or spatial awareness? Sensei Moira is not only a 5th degree Isshynryu Black Belt, but also a certified Special Education teacher. She will empower your child as an individual and in a group, teaching Martial Arts skills, social skills, while having patience and appropriate expectations! In our Teen class, a Gi uniform is recommended, but not required.
