Operation: Save and Serve — Community Social Skills Class July 22, 23 and 24 Calling all heroes-in-training! Operation: Save and Serve is a vibrant and inclusive community class where children of all abilities develop essential social skills through exciting, mission-based adventures centered around teamwork, helping others, and community service. Mission Objectives (aka Skills We Build): • Self-regulation & emotional awareness • Turn-taking & teamwork • Initiating and maintaining conversations • Body awareness & navigating shared spaces • Transitioning between tasks with confidence • Group participation & celebrating differences Real-Life Inspired Fun: Kids will explore hands-on, interactive activities inspired by real-life community helpers—like firefighters, EMTs, police officers, nurses, teachers, and more. From rescue-themed obstacle courses and team challenges to role-playing and creative service projects, every “mission” helps build confidence and connection. Serve It Up: Participants also take part in fun service-based activities like collecting items for the homeless, helping build empathy, responsibility, and social skills in the process. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Privately Paid Social Skills- A seven-day notice prior to the start of the Social Skills program is required to receive a refund. Self-Direction Payment Policy: As a good-faith measure, a seven-day notice is expected if your child cannot attend the Social Skills program. If a child does not attend the program or is unable to participate on any given day that you signed up for under self direction- the parent will be responsible for a $30 no show-cancellation fee/day - if not given within seven days of said program. We are not allowed to bill self direction if you child does not show up for a program. **********Important Note: If you are unable to attend a program you signed up for, please send a new message to inform us. Do not reply to text reminders, as we are unable to view those responses. Thank you for your understanding!
