Service Description

Friday, April 19, 6:30-8:00pm @ Sensational Fun in Orchard Park! Dive into an evening of fun with games, and socializing at “Splish Splash It's a Beach Bash,” an inclusive beach-themed event tailored for teens of all abilities. DROP OFF your teens (ages 10+) for beach games including ice breaker beach volleyball toss, corn hole, ladder ball, musical chairs, limbo, karaoke, and snacks. D’Youville Occupational therapy students (with Sensational Staff) will host this event! Each activity will be designed to teach and promote social skills such as initiating conversations, turn-taking, meeting and greeting new and old friends, and teaching good sportsmanship. Teens will be able to foster friendships, and build social skills while enjoying an evening at the beach! There is a calm room at the center for anyone needing a break from the fun-filled beach evening. COST: $5 LOCATION: 2881 SOUTHWESTERN BLVD, ORCHARD PARK **We will not be direct billing for this activity. Please DO NOT use the Self Direction Code!
