Service Description
*Reserved for families with special needs* We are sooooo excited to invite you to RESPITE FOR RENEWAL! We were led through faith on Sunday mornings to offer FREE care for all of your children (ages 3 +) so you, as caregivers, have the opportunity to be reminded, restored, renewed, and energized through faith! How it works: 1. Sign up each child (be sure to fill out the waiver and drop off form if you haven't done so) 2. Drop your children off at The Hub (4999 McKinley Pkwy in Hamburg) at 10:15am 3. Walk over to church (A Sensational Fun staff will be at the church for any guidance you may need!) 4. Enjoy church service 10:30-11:30am (Feel free to bring in coffee and wear what you'd like!) 5. Walk back over and pick up your kiddos by 11:45! * Please note, Sensational Fun is operating as any other activity we offer. (This is not part of the church’s services) As with all of our FREE programs, it is expected that you value this free spot you are signing up for, with the understanding that if you cannot make it, you will reach out through our website to let us know so another family can benefit OR so we don’t schedule and pay unnecessary staff. (Help us be able to continue Free programs!) Our mission is to empower you all❤️ Thank you for letting us! ** BE SURE TO INCLUDE EACH CHILD COMING IN THE SIGN UP** **Please plan to arrive no earlier than 10:15 and no later than 11:45** **IN THE EVENT WE HAVE NO PARTICIPANTS SIGNED UP BY SATURDAY, WE WILL CANCEL RESPITE FOR THAT SUNDAY. WE DO HAVE TO THINK ABOUT STAFFING AND USING LIMITED FUNDS WISELY.

********************************************************************************************* Cancellation of FREE programs are appreciated ASAP (and required to stay off the naughty list) so another family can benefit. PAID programs require a week notice for Social Skill Weeks and 3 days in advance of one day programs or events to get a refund. ****Please send out a new message if you are unable to attend the program you signed up for. Please DO NOT REPLY to the TEXT reminders, as we can NOT see those messages. Thank you for your understanding. ***
